My name is Nancy and this is my blog on loving the body I was given and accepting who I am. The title of this blog is Health Seekers because I want health for myself as well as everyone I know. To be healthy in all areas of my life which include body, soul and spirit. My desire is to be uplifting and to encourage self acceptance. In this blog I have posted some positive quotes and inspirational messages and also some healthy tips and recipes. I have included some personal experiences in my quest for health. I have personally lost over 150 pounds and have completed one full marathon plus three half marathons and dozens of other races. I want everyone to know that we all have BEAUTY to share. I hope that I can lead you into thinking good and positive thoughts about your body and who you really are. Because we are all BEAUTIFUL and DIFFERENT. We each have so much to offer to this world we live in.
