I have not finished this race….although I do BELIEVE I will someday receive the ultimate prize! I will never go back to the way I ate, or the way I lived. I made a commitment to myself to not look back…to be healthy…to press forward and that is what I will continue to do!!! I want to be leaner, stronger and have a healthy body. So…..with DETERMINATION, DEDICATION, AND MUCH DISCIPLINE I will exercise and choose healthy foods for my body…..for my LIFE!! I BELIEVE in me!!!!! I have one more Marathon to run…..the marathon of crossing the line of health…..and then I will receive the biggest medal there is. When people look at me and see the glow of health on me they will say, “Wow, where did you get that medal?” and I will reply, ” I earned it!”
